Our Mental Health Treatment Programs

We offer a full continuum of care, supporting you at each stage of your journey.

Inpatient Residential

Our inpatient residential treatment program provides intensive, 24/7 care in a supportive environment. It offers structured therapy sessions, psychiatric care, and round-the-clock nursing support to help clients stabilize their mental health and develop essential coping skills for sustained recovery. We can also help clients safely detox from drugs and alcohol in a supportive, supervised setting.

Day/Night PHP Treatment

Day/Night treatment, also known as partial hospitalization or PHP, provides comprehensive treatment opportunities, offering intensive care and skill practice in a supportive environment. Patients participate in counseling, therapy, and medical care during the day, with evening sessions featuring community recovery groups and structured activities for building relationships.

Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP)

IOP is an intensive form of outpatient treatment. In group and individual therapy sessions, clients explore and address their mental health challenges in a structured and supportive environment. They develop coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and build a network of peer support.

Outpatient Programming (OP)

As the lowest level of care, our outpatient program helps clients remain in recovery while transitioning to independence. Clients meet for brief group and individual therapy sessions a couple of times a week to reinforce healthy coping skills, monitor progress, and prepare for independent living.

Individual Counseling

Individual therapy allows clients to work closely with a trained therapist in a safe and confidential setting while they explore feelings, beliefs, memories, and behaviors. Along the way, they can gain greater self-awareness, identify areas of their lives that need adjusting, establish new goals, and take steps toward positive change.

Integrative Medicine

If you want to explore treatments outside of conventional medicine, alternative medicine is the perfect place to start. With hundreds of different practices ranging from acupuncture to yoga, there is something for everyone.
