Casey Oriend serves as Vice President of Marketing & Admissions at Agape Behavioral Healthcare, where he leads the organization’s marketing, admissions, business development, and patient acquisition strategies. With more than a decade of experience spanning behavioral healthcare, admissions, sales, and marketing, Casey brings a unique combination of operational experience and growth-focused leadership to Agape.
Casey began his career in behavioral healthcare working directly with individuals and families seeking treatment, progressing through roles in intake coordination and admissions before moving into marketing and executive leadership. That foundation continues to shape his approach today, with a strong understanding that behind every call, lead, and admission is an individual or family looking for help during an important moment in their lives.
In his role at Agape, Casey oversees the strategies and systems that connect individuals with the organization’s substance use and mental health treatment programs. His areas of expertise include digital marketing, paid advertising, organic search, admissions operations, business development, CRM and call center infrastructure, conversion optimization, and organizational growth. He is passionate about combining data-driven strategy with a patient-first approach to expand access to high-quality behavioral healthcare.
Originally from Northern Virginia, Casey now calls South Florida home. Outside of work, his greatest priority is spending time with his wife and son. He enjoys playing pickleball, spending time at the beach, and being outdoors with his family. His faith is also an important part of his life, and he enjoys serving his local church as a member of the worship team.
Casey believes the most meaningful growth in behavioral healthcare comes from never losing sight of the people behind the numbers. His goal is to help build organizations that grow with purpose, create exceptional experiences for patients and families, and ultimately help more people access the care they need.
